    Interesting. All I see is correct support being 90 degrees. I'm in the market for a new office chair. So does than mean the spacing in front of the chair isn't as important?

    It's pretty long but I would be really happy if you'll help 🙏🥲 I'm confused, you showed here both methods of two of your previous videos. 1. Contract Passive/Active rage 2. Contract Relax In the video about the passive active you said to do 2 sets of 15 seconds and 1 minute rest for each exercise. But in the video about the contract relax you said to do 6 seconds with the relax and 6 without or something like that. So my question is what to do 😭 Because you gave a link to the video about the passive active method so I guess I need to do the sets like you said there but 15 seconds sounds too little. Maybe I missed something so I would be very happy for help. Anyways I really like your videos man I'm able to the front split only because of you 🫵🫵🫡💪

      @YiannisChristoulas 3 дня назад

      Hey, I understand the frustration; these are not easy concepts. Flexibility is more complex than strength or endurance training. The Contract Passive Range (C-PR) is a continuous hold, whereas the Contract Relax (CR) alternates between contract and relax within the same set. During the contract phase of CR, it looks like CPR, which can be confusing. Congratulations on your front split! I'm glad our content helped with your flexibility journey so far. So let me propose something. My team and I are gathering stories from those who achieved their goals with our content. Sharing your story helps spread the message and reach more people. We appreciate your support and offer access to our services, such as consultation, for your next flexibility goal. I remember a kinesiologist telling me someone can increase flexibility by doing chest presses because their bodies are not used to being stretched that way and they adjust to that new flexibility. When I heard about this new way of stretching it made sense to me. So I am a bit skeptical in what you are saying. But I do agree, there are it's limits in how heavy one should go. Doing 4 sets verses 1 can make the difference between being sore or not. A gradual increase in weight, sets, reps, etc would make sense but I guess part of what you are saying is that your time is better off doing something else.more efficient.

      Short answer is no , but if your upper back muscle becomes very weak you will get in really deep shit of problems. So you need to strengthen those muscles.

    posture is determined by the innervation of the musculature. nerve interference to a muscle produces two main effects, elongation and weakness. this is the cause of postural distortion. in the case of so-called forward neck distortion, the scalene anterior neck muscles are neurogenically weak causing the loss and possible reversal of the cervical lordotic curvature. neurogenic muscle weakness cannot be remedied by exercise, only by restoring full innervation by correcting the source of the nerve interference cause.
